The Ascent Cloud team has been hard at work! Since our last major release in the spring, we’ve rolled out dozens of enhancements, hosted two Customer Events, and celebrated a milestone anniversary.
This summer, we’re excited to unveil even more updates across Territory Planner, Geopointe, and LevelEleven. These enhancements are largely focused on Insights, our AI and analytics extension, and new ways to optimize your territories, routes, calendars, and coaching.

In our latest Territory Planner release, we’ve added the ability to compare territory models side-by-side for enhanced analysis and confident decision-making. This new feature enables users to explore how seemingly small changes in your planning — like account ownership or performance trends — can impact the effectiveness of one territory model versus another.

With Generative AI Model Comparison Summaries* (coming soon), you can not only see the difference between your territory models but create AI-powered visualizations and intelligent analyses with the click of a button. Get an instant summary about key differences and trends within your territories and easily save a snapshot or export a report to share with your sales leader.

We’ve also introduced Territory Planner Heat Maps that will help you uncover hidden opportunities in your data with powerful visualizations. See where your prospect and customer data is concentrated with color-coded representations of your hottest — or coldest — opportunities. Get dynamic updates in real-time based on the metrics that matter to you.

The summer release includes several Territory Optimizer enhancements. New Point of Interest Optimization functionality enables sales leaders to optimize territories based on distance or drive time from specific people or resources. Users can choose a central point — like a sales rep’s home, company office, or distribution center — and generate territories based on proximity to the point of interest. Get maximum efficiency with minimal travel costs.
Additionally, we’ve introduced a redesigned user flow and new Granularity setting for optimizing by postal code.

Coming soon, you’ll be able to visually highlight high-priority records on the map with Data Set Recommendations*. This feature shows you where your efforts will have the most impact and intelligently enriches your data without making updates in Salesforce. Configure recommendations based on your organization’s criteria and fine-tune them as your priorities evolve.

This release also includes two exciting Calendar enhancements. First, we’ve added the ability to select and drag multiple stops at once for quick and efficient route planning. Keyboard shortcuts enable you to select which stops to add and swiftly drag them from Calendar Staging onto your Calendar.
Additionally, you can now optimize routes for a specific day by simply selecting “Optimize” on your Calendar. This action will adjust your schedule and reorder stops according to the most efficient route, including new stops and your first or final locations.

As a follow up from the Spring debut of Squads, we’ve added new enhancements focused on scalability and usability. Squads can now be tagged on Scorecards for easy organization and visibility, improving clarity even across large teams. You can also filter by Squad or Team name on the Competition Participant page and launch Squad-based Competitions with ease.
With Advanced Formula Metrics, you can customize Competitions based on your unique goals and metrics. Choose which performance activities to measure and assign different point values based on each activity’s weight. A booked meeting, for example, might be worth five points while a cold call might be worth two.

Agentforce Actions are available with our Insights package and now include Coaching Note Recommendations*. Ensure you’re giving the right feedback at the right time with intelligent observations about who needs coaching (and why) based on Scorecard metrics. The best part? You can use this action from anywhere within Salesforce using the Agentforce icon in your navigation menu.
