It’s the most wonderful time of the year. In between holiday gatherings and end of year celebrations, the Ascent Cloud team is excited to announce our Winter 2026 Release.
This release focuses on the power of connection. As a follow up to our Summer 2025 Release, we’ve added new enhancements for Insights — our AI and analytics layer — and introduced a fresh way to compete and motivate teams at scale.

The Winter Release includes the highly anticipated launch of Integration Engine, a powerful data connector that enables customers to bring external data from third-party data sources into Ascent Cloud’s suite of sales performance management solutions. Initial support is available for Snowflake with additional integrations coming soon.
With Integration Engine, customers will benefit from streamlined data management and seamless integrations that allow users to unlock deeper insights across Territory Planner, Geopointe, and LevelEleven:

Integration Engine is included with Ascent Cloud Insights. Current customers have access to Insights at no additional cost through 12/31/25. Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn how to get started with Insights.
In addition to Integration Engine, we’ve launched Combo Competitions for LevelEleven. Combo Competitions are a new type of competition that allow admins to unite multiple competitions into one mega leaderboard.
Combo Competitions are designed to motivate at scale and simplify competition management. They’re a powerful feature for both competitors and managers:

The Ascent Cloud Winter 2026 Release is rolling out automatically on January 11, 2026 for all customers who have not opted out of automatic updates.
For customers who need to manually upgrade, the release will be available on the Salesforce AppExchange starting January 12, 2026.
