October was a busy month at Ascent Cloud. We traveled to San Francisco for Dreamforce and hosted our final two Customer Events of 2025. Earlier this year we hosted two additional Customer Events for a grand total of four cities, three time zones, and dozens of inspiring conversations.
Our Customer Events are designed to bring sales leaders, managers, and end users from different industries together to collaborate, share ideas, and learn how to plan, execute, and grow with Ascent Cloud. Keep reading for a recap of our 2025 Customer Events and what we learned along the way.
At each of our Customer Events, we kicked things off by exploring the importance of balanced territories — and what happens without the right territory planning solution.
A quick survey of the room illustrated what we already know: teams without a dedicated territory planning solution struggle to ensure their territories are actually balanced. Territory planning isn’t just about drawing lines on a map, it’s about creating equitable opportunity, smarter coverage, and long-term growth potential.
We also discussed the difference between Territory Planner and Geopointe, and how the two solutions complement each other.

When it comes to execution, Geopointe continues to be the engine that drives efficient field operations and location-based insights. Discussions centered around the power of data visualization and territory optimization.
Of course, data only tells the full story if it’s accurate. That’s why data cleanliness and check-ins were hot topics throughout the session. Without consistent note logging and accountability, even the best tools can’t deliver their full potential.
As one customer put it, “When our sales team goes into meetings, we don’t know what’s going on.” If your team isn’t logging notes or checking in, how do you know they’re doing what they’re supposed to?
During the LevelEleven sessions, customers shared how the platform is helping them drive measurable improvements across their teams.
One of our favorite moments came from a customer who shared that their managers are saving an hour each day with LevelEleven. By giving leaders better visibility and streamlined coaching tools, LevelEleven helps teams focus on what truly moves the needle and therefore reclaim valuable time in their day.
Another big topic was the difference between LevelEleven dashboards and Salesforce reports. Customers shared how dashboards are changing how their teams identify trends and act on them. As one customer remarked, “With dashboards, we can catch things sooner — it’s in real time, and it’s a huge plus to visualize the data differently.”

Last but not least, we showcased Ascent Cloud Insights. This AI and analytics extension works across our entire sales performance management suite and includes:
Our Customer Success team led a hands-on workshop for Geopointe Recommendations. Attendees got to see the power of AI in action as they optimized routes with intelligent suggestions for who, where, and when to make field visits.
One customer shared that Recommendations are a great way to share suggestions with non-tech savvy team members. “We have team members who don’t like technology. Recommendations are nice because it is truly just a recommendation, not a mandate.”
Insights is available to Ascent Cloud customers for free through 12/31/25.
From hands-on demos and workshops to real-life use cases shared by customers, the energy in each room reminded us why we do what we do. Across each event, one theme echoed loud and clear: when you combine data-driven insights with tools that align your teams, great things happen.
And of course, no Ascent Cloud event would be complete without a few laughs — including our new favorite phrase, “Get it checked by Shoree.”
Whether you joined us in Fort Worth, Detroit, Chicago, or SoCal, thank you for making this year’s events such a success. We loved hearing how you’re using Territory Planner, Geopointe, LevelEleven, and Insights to transform the way you plan, execute, and grow.
We can’t wait to see where 2026 takes us! If you’re interested in attending a future event, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to let us know where you’d like to see Ascent Cloud next.
