Sandro Viselli

SVP of Operations

As the Senior Vice President of Operations, Sandro Viselli is responsible for Product Management, Customer Service, and Customer Support at Ascent Cloud. Sandro has more than 30 years of experience in building enterprise software solutions and leading software services teams. Previously, Sandro has held several executive-level positions responsible for software research and development and he holds multiple industry certifications in software development and systems engineering.

Sandro is originally from Italy and moved to the United States in the early ’70s where he lived in Michigan and attended Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.

Craig Bickley

SVP of Sales

Craig Bickley serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at Ascent Cloud, overseeing sales management and operations for the leading Performance Management SaaS solution. He brings over 20 years of sales leadership, consulting, and strategic development knowledge aimed at leading technology businesses to grow revenue and enhance the B2B sales experience.

Prior to the merger of Geopointe and LevelEleven into Ascent Cloud, Craig served as both SVP of Sales at Geopointe, a Geo-Location solution and VP of Sales at LevelEleven, a Sales Performance solution. Before that, he was Vice President of New World Systems (acquired by Tyler Technologies), a leading provider of end-to-end information management solutions and services for local governments. Previously, he served as President of CDI Technology, LLC, a leading regional supplier of information technology to the Hospitality Industry. Throughout his career, Craig has held various leadership positions focused on driving sales strategy and market development.

Craig received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
