Ashna is our Manager of Customer Success and has been with the company for over four years now. She enjoys thinking strategically, working through challenges & coming up with creative solutions to support her clients & team. Her passion for Customer Success truly comes from her genuine interest in helping those around her.
Apart from Ascent Cloud, she also enjoys volunteering & mentoring professionals with career-building & Customer Success needs. Prior to joining Ascent Cloud, Ashna has experienced working for a Manufacturing firm as their Insider Sales Account Manager & gained most of her initial business knowledge during her time there.
Ashna was born & brought up in India & loves traveling back for vacation. Ashna graduated with a Bachelors’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing & Finance. She enjoys reading, cooking, learning about different cultures, hiking, spending time with friends/family & meditating. If you ever have a chance to meet her, she loves reading the last chapter first every-time she starts a new book.
Brianna is our Customer Success Team Lead and has been with the company for a little over 2 years. She is passionate about helping customers solve challenges, and achieve success. Prior to joining Ascent Cloud, she spent eight years working as a photography agent and producer in New York City. Brianna graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and Art History. Brianna has two kids, loves all things Real Housewives, and enjoys running and gardening in her free time. If you ever want to know the way to her heart- Mexican food!
