This release brings game-changing enhancements to Territory Planner, starting with Territory Hierarchies—a new way to structure and manage your sales teams based on your organizational chart. Whether you’re overseeing executives, managers, or reps, you can now automate territory grouping, visualize team structures, and track historical ownership for better planning and transparency.
Quota Planning is now integrated directly into Territory Planner, allowing teams to assign and manage quotas alongside territory planning.
These new capabilities empower teams to plan territories efficiently, manage quotas with confidence, and drive execution excellence.
Additionally, this release improves user experience with a cleaner Optimizer UI, better handling of duplicate layer names, and show/hide controls for data visibility.
Enhancements to Point-in-Territory workflows also improve stability and accuracy—ensuring smooth execution from planning to implementation.

The Spring 2025 Release for Geopointe delivers new ways to interact with location-based data, including Map Recommendations, Agentforce Actions, and improved performance.
This new feature expands on Route Recommendations to surface prioritized records—like Accounts or Opportunities—right on the map. The new Insights tab centralizes all configured Recommendations, helping users easily add them to routes, lists, or calendars.
New enhancements make this experience even more powerful:
We have also introduced Agentforce Actions for Geopointe, letting you use natural language to geocode records, search nearby, build routes, and schedule activities—directly from anywhere in Salesforce.
Additionally, improved saved layer load times ensure that users can access their location data faster than ever, reducing delays and supporting smarter decision-making.

The latest LevelEleven updates are focused on coaching, motivation, and user management, including Agentforce Actions, Squads, and enhanced coaching workflows.
Agentforce Actions now include the ability to recommend coaching sessions based on performance data, alongside the existing award a badge feature. These actions bring proactive coaching and instant recognition into any part of Salesforce.
The debut of Squads streamlines scorecard and team management by automatically assigning users based on role, profile, or manager. Daily updates ensure Squad assignments stay current—without any manual upkeep.
Coaching notes now follow the user across scorecards, ensuring managers always have access to a team member’s complete coaching history.
These updates provide a smarter, more automated way to drive coaching, motivation, and performance management.
